On the 20th of October, TecMinho started the AgirE3 Project, which aims to develop entrepreneurship skills in the students of the professional courses in the schools of the city of Esposende. This project implemented by the "Orienta-Te - Career and Professional Development Service of TecMinho", is part of the Agir Esposende project, under the Local Social Development Contracts (CLDS), promoted by the Esposende Solidário Association.

The project contemplates a work plan to be developed over 3 academic years, with students from the professional courses of the Henrique Medina School Group and the Professional School of Esposende, assuming entrepreneurship in a broad perspective, which considers intrapreneurship and intropreneurship.

The technical team of Orienta-Te will work directly with the students, involving the respective pedagogical team, in a process organized in three phases: 1) self-knowledge (intropreneurship); 2) development of a project (intrapreneurship); 3) Evaluation and sharing of results.

Throughout the project, students are expected to explore opportunities for professional frameworks, where entrepreneurship, from a broad perspective, is assumed to be relevant, and develop employability-facilitating attitudes associated with transversal competencies for entrepreneurship. This should result in a strengthening of their self-confidence in the relationship with the labor market and a broader scope of their career prospects.
